"We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. "This was a prime location for everywhere you would need to go. Staff was excellent and allowed us to check in early to leave bags in room. Room was very clean and it was overall a great experience. Definitely would come back here if I were to visit again. "
