"Positives: Great gym! Much more equipment than the average hotel gym. Location - tons of restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood, Central Park close by… Could use improvement: Room felt very basic. No coffee, no tea kettle (I honestly can’t say I’ve ever seen a hotel or motel not offer this)! No fridge (though they did bring one up when asked) Elevators are an issue. I didn’t mind so much, but there’s always a wait and many people were grumbling (always!) Good 3.5 / 4 star hotel I would stay here again."
