"We loved our stay at the Parklane Hotel. Beautiful premises excellent location and friendly staff especially the breakfast crew was amazing. They make the best of the small room to accommodate everyone ( we were the in February when its was impossible to have breakfast outside on the balcony). We are looking forward to going back again"

"I like that it was right across the street from Carnegie Hall. And David was very very helpful on the flipside. The rooms are dated. There’s no refrigerator in the room to keep your leftover food. The other thing is I’ll checkout day at 9 o’clock. The housekeeper knocked on the door and then walked in. That was unacceptable."

"Great location, super friendly staff, house keeping was fantastic and rooms were very clean. My only complaint of the room is that our shower door didn’t close all the way, so water did go all over the floor but easy clean up. There is no reason to charge a resort fee just because you can. Bar was cute and good drinks but not all bartenders were friendly. The elevators were very slow and during our stay, 3 of the 4 elevators were not working correctly. Overall great location and great stay."

"A great location for a traveler visiting NY. I travel alone and the staff was super helpful. Delivered a fridge and blanket in minutes upon my request. Gym is great asset but was just sad there was no furniture up on the terrace. Promoted as an asset and would be a nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine. I went up anyway but no place to sit. Love that the windows open! Rare in a big city."
