"Breakfast food waa good plenty of choice, room was cleaned well, Downside to the stay is they took £50 holding deposit for any damages that may happen, that i wasn't told about and I needed the money for the weekend away which was so frustrating to not know about the £50 before going. Hotel stay let me down by the money taken on arrival from my card which I needed that money. "

"Really great hotel. Fantastic staff and in a great location. Close to a lovely nature reserve for evening walks. Free parking which is a huge plus if you are meeting up with family. Food is fantastic and service is brilliant. Cannot fault it. Will definitely stay again "

"Great property close to centre of altrincham. I didn’t get an email response initially but then was connected via text to Georgi who was very responsive and friendly. Car parking spaces full when arrived but space in street out of parking time limitations and they gave a permit for next day. Would use again "

"Amazing place to stay for family. Gym, pool and sports side were perfect. Got conflicting information from reception staff and leisure staff on timings of swimming and gym so walk down first and ask to make sure. Room with two double beds was good with plenty of space. Nice and quiet area to relax. Breakfast was good, lots of choices on offer. Food was abit pricey for whole family to eat so we had to go down the road two minutes to local pub which was good for families. Check out was easy. No goodbye and thank-you for staying from both reception staff considering they were both doing nothing at the time. Small things go along way if you want people to return. But one member of leisure club was amazing to us, wishing my son happy birthday, he was well chuffed so thank-you. Overall we were all happy with the stay and the price was excellent. "
