Great stay in the country. Very convenient to Mammoth cave and Corvette museum. Super boys week in the woods. We spent 3 days above and below ground at Mammoth. The little town of Glasgow had everything we needed. Restaurants and attractions.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and visited Mammoth Cave and Bowling Green. The house is lovely, we enjoyed the screened-in porch every night. Highly recommend this home.

We had a very nice stay and found the cabin while searching for a home close to Mammoth Cave National Park. The home is an easy 30 minute drive to the park or to Glasgow for groceries. It is very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we need.The host was very good with communications and directions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this home.

We loved the accommodations, it was a peaceful area. The place is nicer than the pictures show in the listing. You can't really get to the lake from the house, but a short drive gets you to some really enjoyable parks. Trip to Mammoth is about 25 minutes and it's a great time heading up there.

If you are looking for a comfortable cozy cabin in the woods, this is the place. The cabin is nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The host was quick to respond to all questions. We found a jewel for sure.

We loved this place. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. We were even able to check in early. The place was very clean and looked wonderful. There was NO noise in the neighborhood. I would stay here again.

We loved the layout of the house, especially my teen who had the loft all to herself. Home was open which lead to a lot of family time. Loved the screened in porch to watch bats flying at night.

Nice cabin with plenty of indoor outdoor space. Nice to have screen porch area. Plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. Close to Barren River State Park and Marina. Some construction nearby but not too intrusive and should be completed soon.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this charming cabin. We were hoping to have more of a view of the lake, but lots of trees obstructed the view. One negative part was the early morning construction going on with a build two houses down. The cabin was very clean, roomy, and everything we needed for our stay. It also was close enough to everything we wanted to do during the day.

We came to the area to visit the caves. This rental was very clean and updated. Plenty of beds and they were comfortable. It came stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved all the outdoor seating and made use of the fire pit every night. Host was very helpful and easy to contact. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We picked this property because of its location between Mammoth Cave and the Corvette Museum but primarily because of its remote feel. The place was very clean and the views out the backyard were superb. Our kids could explore and while there are neighbors to both sides we only heard 1 car come down the dead end street. We’ll certainly stay here again.

Everything was really nice. I wish I had known we couldn’t get to the water when we stayed but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The cleaning staff missed some stuff but overall it was clean. Communication with Kimberly was very easy and provided us with some tips on where we could take my 9 year old fishing.

My boys and I were looking for a nice place to go and get away from memorial weekend. The house is located close to the lake. We were able to rent a boat and have a nice day on the lake Saturday and then come back to a relaxing house for the rest of the weekend. We dealt with several severe storms. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us while we were on the lake to let us know that we were out of power, and that it should be back on soon.

My kids said this was their favorite cabin they've ever stayed in, which says a lot if they liked it better than Papa's cabin. They loved sleeping in the loft. It felt cozy, but there was plenty of space. I will say the water everywhere we stopped in the whole area tasted very metallic and so next time I'd bring bottled water. We had a very comfortable stay, playing games, watching movies, and checking out the caves, Amish bakery, and Kentucky Downunder Zoo (loved it!), which are all about 30 minutes away.

Very nice property, quiet area with beautiful views of the lake. The cabin had more than enough room and all the amenities to enjoy a family gathering.
