"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Buchanan Bus Station, making it extremely convenient for transport links and city centre venues. The room was of a very high standard, with a very comfortable bed and complimentary amenities, including bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. The room was also well equipped with a safe, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower was particularly good. Despite being located on the 11th floor, the lift was rapid, smooth and silent. Check-in and check-out can be done on-line with room keys collected from a self service portal in the hotel reception area. This was very useful as a large group arrived at the same time as me. I collected my room key without having to stand in a lengthy queue. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of options, all of which were of good quality. My only observation is that there was no guest information provided in the room. A simple information booklet or guide would have been useful, covering the hotel’s facilities, dining options and serving times, Wi-Fi access, and instructions for operating the television and air conditioning. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent location, high standard of accommodation, comfortable bed and quality breakfast made for a very positive experience. Providing some basic guest information in the room would be a useful finishing touch to an otherwise excellent stay."

"First time we have used this particular hotel in Glasgow but certainly will not be the last. From our first contact with staff at reception to the checkout everyone was so friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay there. The room was lovely with a super king and the decor,both in the bedroom and the bathroom, was modern and bright. Our room had a side view of the Clyde which was great, as it was a bright sunny day. Great central location and nearby discounted parking was easy to access. Thank you Leonardo !"
