"Firstly, the location of this girl was excellent. Close to public transit, restaurants, shops, etc. That said, there's definitely room for improvement. A tiny room in Europe is expected. But there appeared to be no air conditioning for some reason (at least that I could find). Also, the design of the room leaves a bit to be desired. Shelves we're too few and to small where there were some. There was no place to put a second large suitcase so, as a couple traveling, we struggled. A thoughtful redesign of the space would be recommended. That said, someone traveling alone would do quite well here"

"We had a good stay at The Address hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. The reasoning for the four stars is because we had just finished our road trip from Isle of Mull and still had our car hire for one more evening. There is no safe drop off zone to unload your bags without the risk of getting ticketed. On top of that, you do have to pay to park offsite but they do provide a discount code if you ask for it. Parking off site wasn’t a far walk, but just be careful unloading your bags as we were parked for 2 minutes and were about to get a ticket. Would stay again but would recommend the hotel invest in a private limited drop off zone."

"Just back from a nice couple of days at the Social Hub in Glasgow. The only real issue we had with the place was that one of the two rooms that we booked wasn't ready at check in time leaving us hanging around waiting till we could all get settled in and head out into town. Apart from that though the hotel was a brilliant base from which to explore the city. Everything is pretty much in walking distance from the hotel but if you need it there are plenty of public transport options if you want to go further afield. The room was smallish (which we expected) and clean. Considering its city centre location it's also pretty quiet with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed aiding a good night's sleep. Staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and (in the case of the delayed room) genuinely sorry that they'd slipped up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hub for a short break, and look forward to returning."
