"Only spent one night, but room was wonderful. Even with the heat wave, the room was cool, and they had a fan in the room. Large clean room, big bathroom and clean. Wonderful restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. Only 7-10 minute walk to all the shops, beach and promenade. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone there was super nice."

"The staff were very attentive, even when taking very long to serve food between courses for evening meals. The Hotel is located in a great position, despite a busy road passing by. The rbedroom was generally clean but there were stains on some furniture, the carpet and the bathroom floor. Parking was excellent."

"The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t"

"Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool...
