"We had a two night stay at the Ovanne. which we found very pleasant. everyone was so accommodating and easy especially aa we also had our dog with us.all the staff were very welcoming and kind to us. Brendan cooked wonderful irish breakfasts. i will be coming back again as its a great location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay "

"Others have mentioned the thoughtful touches like fresh baked bread and milk from their farm, but I want to reiterate how lovely it is to arrive to a home, not a house, where every detail has been lovingly thought of. John and Dierdre have truly created a special place that made us not want to leave. We loved our long walks on the property with only cows, green fields and the ocean in sight. "We all enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely walks down to the ocean, watching the sunsets and beers at the pub. I don’t recall the listing saying there was no wifi which may be important to some. The town of Skibbereen itself was about 10 mins away and really charming. Breda was super helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great week!"
