"Staff was very helpful. We needed to extend our stay by one day and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However, on last night people above us were up very late and could hear them running around on the floor all night. So the noise travelled through from floor above. Location of hotel was convenient for our visit to Glacier National Park and to the nearby restaurants in Columbia Falls."

"Sauna and cold plunge were very cool. The hotel is in a great location. Offers a boutique hotel experience, they did a nice job converting an older property. A little pricey for what it is. Staff was lovely."

"We brought our dog and the area for him to do his business was very clean mown grass with bags and disposal made easy."

"Very clean room/bath, comfortable bed, staff was very friendly & helpful, breakfast was nice(bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, milk, cereal, fresh fruits, yogurts, option to make your own waffles, etc)"

"Helpful staff"

"Exactly what we needed for a one night stay."

"Traveling late September, found free street parking nearby. Breakfast was the very best in my multi week trip. Room was smallish in this historical hotel, toilet quirky but none of these were issues for me and this was a great stay and well worth it. Stay here!"

"We felt welcomed by a safe and clean environment. The staff, both at the desk and any of the working staff were kind and helpful. Service with a smile. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our breakfast as well. Met some mighty nice folks traveling through as well."

"The property is nice and the shuttle is great. The noise from the room above was very loud."
