High in the clouds

Spectacular views and great value for money. Our dinner overlooking the city was particularly special and high quality. Service throughout the stay was attentive and friendly. I’d come back here for sure and highly recommend this hotel in the mountains.

A wonderful stay! The pool and mountain views were stunning, the food delicious, and the service exceptional. Staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging a reliable taxi service that made exploring Gjirokastër’s tricky old town easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel in the hills

Stunning stay in the hills above Gjirokastër. Beautiful hotel, food at the restaurant was amazing, stunning pool area and the staff could not do enough to ensure an amazing stay. If you are driving yourself to the hotel, do NOT follow Google maps, sure you ask for the road route video before you arrive to make life easier. The road leading through the town are very narrow and steep.

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast and great food in general. Staff were all fantastic. Pool area absolutely amazing. Highlight of our stay in Albania. Don’t be put off by the reviews that say it’s hard to find, there are lots of signs and whilst the roads are a bit tight it’s easy enough to find. And it’ll keep you fit going up and down that hill to town!

One of the best hotels in the world

...at least in terms of the money-quality ratio. The view from the hotel is STUNNING. The beds are comfortable. The pool and patio decor is beautiful. The service is great. The only downside is that four four-person rooms with the mezzanine get very hot in the mezzanine.

Resort looks high end and the breakfast spread was great. They also have in house restaurant which serves standard food. They gave us extra blanket to warm ourselves as it is winter time. What I was upset about the room is their mirror lighting. The double room with balcony which I choose had mirror to dress up with no lighting it was so hard to get dressed up. I often had to go to washroom while getting dressed. A proper lighting above mirror is essential, I wonder why this minute details are not looked into.
