She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. "I stayed with family for few days and loved the place. Beautiful and best pyramids view from the roof top. They have suits on the roof top that you can see the pyramids while in your suite. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in suite while looking at the pyramids. Very helpful staff to advise you on your plans. The owner stayed at the premises most of the time and very friendly with everyone. Thanks for the hospitality!!!"
