"Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). "Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t!
