"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. The room was very nice & spacious. Cons: The food was okay, but not enough options. They had the same menu everyday. Also, at the restaurant entrance, it said dinner is served from 17:00-21:30, and last call is 21:00. One night, we arrived before 21:00, but we were told that they're already closing. We had to go eat at 7-eleven instead. We were also very disappointed that the hot tub was only open to guests 16 years and older. It wasn't mentioned on their website. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. But we ended up not going even once because we had a 13 yo & 10 yo with us. "

"The room is bigger than the average hotel room in Taipei. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast has a good variety. It’s also conveniently located near department stores, just a 5–7 minute walk away."

The Events team on Level 3 deserves a special mention as well. The door hang activity was such a meaningful and creative experience — suitable for all ages, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed participating. We were also thoroughly impressed by the Buffet team and the Chefs, who prepared delicious special set meals with so much care and flavor. Every meal was a delight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the Onsen staff (Auntie) at the public common area. She patiently taught me how to use the Onsen and kindly guided me on what to look out for — I truly appreciated their warmth and thoughtfulness.In short, we have no regrets choosing this hotel. "

"It’s a bit far away from Center of Taipei it’s clean, spacious room and bedroom with window but no good view.. the interior design feel stiff more like office than home.. about 10/15 minutes to get to the mrt Helpful and friendly staffs .. helped us to book taxi and restaurant reservations Overall Ok but next visit I will find more home feel hotels.."
