"The property was overall good. There was however a sewage odor that was there persistently, near the elevator and the stairway. Some days worse than others. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathroom was huge. Housekeeping came daily! "

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"The hotel was nice. We stayed in the Family room. It had a room with a big bed with shower, kitchen, and three bwds with the toilet. Typical European hotel with no AC so it got warm at night. They did provide 2 fans that were uaeful. The weird thing was when you were in the shower, it would be fine, thwn go scolding hot. You had to rurn it all the way cold or it would stay scalding hot. Nithing ro reall complain about. The location to the main square was perfect. Just a 2 min walk if that. "
