Recently fully renovated spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a beautiful historic building without lift. Located in the heart of the Old city center. In a quiet street, just around the corner of Placa del Vi and La Rambla. The ideal place to enjoy and discover this great city full of history and culture.

Spacious, comfortable and beautifully renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms. An open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a wonderful spacious living room with sofa bed and large dining table. There is a spacious bathroom with a second toilet and a spacious and very comfortable shower. There is of course wide screen TV and WiFi with fast internet.There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and high-quality materials and equipment have been used. Much attention has been paid to maintaining the authenticity of the apartment and building. And that is certainly visible!



Notes:
The apartment is in the heart of the old town, which is partially closed to traffic and where it is forbidden to park. By car you can only enter the old town 3 times per quarter year. For example, for the check-in and for the check-out. You can stop in front of our office to unload your luggage quickly. Furthermore, it is important to know that there is no elevator in the building. Stairwell, however, is spacious enough to bring bikes up.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00h, we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.
