"We recently stayed at this hotel in Giresun. Overall, it was an acceptable experience given the city, but there are several things that need serious improvement. First, the shower was clogged, which made using it very uncomfortable. At breakfast, we were told there was no coffee, even though there clearly was some available. "Fantastic hotel in a great rural location, with wonderful views. Our room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of windows to capture mountain scenery. We had a very friendly welcome and help at any time we needed it. The breakfast was also excellent, with more views from the dining room. It would have been nice to stay for a week here. The people in the town were very friendly as well and we enjoyed walking around. "

"The hotel is located off a side street of the main shopping street. Due to this it is very quiet location. The room we had was small but perfectly suitable for a couple. The bathroom was large and clean with a very good shower. Check in was very smooth and the kind staff even brought us some tea to our room. "
