"I have great time to stay this guesthouse, wonderful arrangement to pick me up from train station, that’s what I saw the review from other guest and I followed. The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.
