"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies.

The wifi internet never worked. Actually we could never get it took to work with our cell phones. We tried on 6 different iPhones including an iPad . When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...

"An amazing welcome by all the family, we were travelling with our little dog and they couldn’t be more accommodating (even having dog biscuits ready for him at breakfast the next morning).
We chose to eat in the Resteraunt in the evening and it was one of the best meals we have had during our road trip around Italy.
We will sure to be back when we are in this part of Italy, book your stay now."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Located in a great neighborhood, and the staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. In fact, when our train was delayed significantly, they were extremely helpful and kind to ensure that we still had a stress-free check in and access to our room. For that, we are very thankful. . "I have stayed here a number of times, never had a bad experience. The european breakfast is substantial. Convenience to train, historic sites, neighborhood restaurants, banking, even upscale retail is just minutes away. I actually look forward to returning, sincerely, I find it that convenient."

"The manger Franccesca is very communicative. I understood my late arrival and waited for me. She was a great help regarding my travel iteninary to San Giovanni Rotondo.
