The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The view, ambiance, and amenities were all good. However, I noticed that the bed linens and sheets had hair on them, and the chair in the room was also covered with hair and lint. I think housekeeping could pay more attention to cleanliness, as this affected the overall experience.

Staff were friendly. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The bed was very good, but the room area with couch/chair/TV (suite) had a stale/old smell to it and it was quite warm since there was only one AC unit in the bedroom that did not reach to the lounge area. Furniture was clean but old.

Great staff. Quick to get into and out of the room. Food staff were friendly and helpful. Food was also very good. The hotel is getting older but maintained. Exception being the hot tub and pool . Needs some work. No jets on hot tub and very high chlorine in the pool.
