"Great place to get out to country life with animals and plenty of places to choose from only 1 1/2 basically for the DFW metroplex. Host was spot on and our family and friends enjoyed the peace and harmony of being in safe place. The facility was built for county life extremely well. He advised us that the lower and larger pond is a private waters club lake and was off limits. We had full access to one large pond and a smaller pond each of which containing all you can catch 1/4-2lb bass.
