"WOW! Cabin doesn’t describe it. Recommend for the Adirondacks feel with GUEST HOUSE vibe. ALOT of space outside that’s well maintained . Spacious inside also. Fabulous decor with much attention to detail. Spotless. Gracious, kind, professional, friendly hosts. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful (especially in the fall) area."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at Ruby Hill! The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for...clean, comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully filled with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway together. Gerry and Susan were wonderful hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily return!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was magical, we spent the weekend looking at the lake and trees and taking in all the beautiful nature.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the adirondacks."
Northville Cabin with Fire Pit, 4 Mi to Boat Ramp!

"Beautiful lot and huge backyard. Super quiet. Lit at night. Great little trail in the woods. A good size doe even came out for a visit. The gazebo with couches was great, and the projector TV in there was a bonus. You can even watch from the hot tub! Nice fire pit we did not use. The house is exactly what you see in photos. Clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Good washer and dryer. Beds are comfortable. The only minor negative is the shower height. I’m 6’ and had to lean down for head rinse. Could be an issue for very tall guests. The town of Northville is very close and very cool. Don’t remember seeing many restaurants as we ate all meals at our family’s nearby house. But has grocery, gas and beverage stores. The lake and beaches are awesome. We drove to Maine coast after this stay and it was an easy beautiful drive. Scott was very good with communication."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windfall Cottage. The cabin has clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were excellent communicators and made the entire process easy and stress free.We especially love the screened gazebo. It was perfect for a rainy day and helped keep the mosquitoes at bay so we could still enjoy the outdoors. The fire pit was another favorite spot for our family time in the evenings. Traveling with our 3-year-old grandson. We really appreciated having reliable WI-FI and access to the washer and dryer. Those conveniences made a big difference during our stay. The property was peaceful overall and we enjoyed seeing deer and turkeys around the area. Our only minor feedback is that the blue blazed trail was a little difficult to follow in places, and the neighbors were somewhat noisy over the holiday weekend.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily. Recommend the Windfall Cottage to families. Looking for a cozy and relaxing adaronduck. Getaway, we would definitely consider staying again!"
