"Absolutely loved our stay here. Views couldn’t have been better (perfect weather helped) and it slept 12 of us comfortably. Plenty of seating for around the fire and inside for all of us as well. "We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice."

"We had a nice stay at the cottage - it was cute and comfortable. Due to a rainy week, we didn't get to enjoy the beach or fire pit until our last day, but what nice little perks. We never figured out the beach pass situation, though. We went to the HOA office but they were closed. There is no laundry onsite despite the listing saying there is. While there are a lot of amenities included, especially for dog parents (which we aren't), there are no cooking items like oils, spices, etc. Most houses...

"This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. "The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away."
