"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited...

The front door is just behind a restaurant door, not so easy to locate when the restaurant is open. Staircase is steep and narrow. The appartment is very nice, spacious, clear, and clean. "Our trip to Belgium was made complete by the wonderful hospitality we received during our stay at the cottage. We felt completely at home right from the beginning when the owners met us at the door to show us around. The location is fantastic and made it easy to get to numerous locations in Belgium. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time we return! We will remember this trip fondly."

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. With green pastures and sitting areas to enjoy, beautiful animals including horses and dogs, as well as the most friendly hosts you could want, this home was ideal for our trip.
