"Big storm came through town the night of our stay. Half the town was without power. Lucky the fig tree motel still had power. Have been starting at this motel for last 25 years and always they have been very welcoming. Prefer staying here on way through between Adelaide and Sydney than Wagga cause it is more relaxing. "

"We stayed overnight in a lovely big room which was upstairs but as we only had overnight luggage this was not a problem. The motel is very central so we went for a walk and saw some of Narrandera’s beautiful old buildings; certainly need to have an extended stay next time. Sadly, I cannot recommend the RSL for dinner even though it is so convenient. "

"Convenient location for our road trip from Victor Harbor to Sydney. Stayed here on our way and on return. Reception staff very professional on each occasion. The room was comfortable and clean. The only negative is the continental breakfast still being advertised but not provided. If you don't supply it, then REMOVE it from your site. Overall, very happy and would stay here again in the future."

"Perfect getaway for the family with the fur babies. House was wonderful. Greeted with wine and chocolates and breakfast goodies. Perfect location across the road from the park and an easy stroll to town. The beds were so comfortable, and the front verandah and backyard was such a bonus. "
