"Gilleleje Badehotel is one of the classic Danish seaside hotels dating from the end of the 19th Century, when the well situated started to spend their holidays away from the capital city. Gilleleje has an active port with both fishing vessels and leisure boats, and nice restaurants. There is a beautiful 1,5 km seaside walking path from the hotel to the port. We visited during winter and really appreciated our windy walks in the area. "

"I wish the hotel is closer to the central station as others. The hotel is about 1.5 km away from the central station. I need to take a 5 min bus and walk about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. If you have a car, the location will be good because you have a parking space. If you travel by train, it will be much easier to stay closer to the central station. Room size and cleanliness are ok. "
