"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. "The ad is misleading because it is not located on the beach - it is a 5 minute walk inland. You have to type in 'Joevanna Cottage' (with 2 n's) into Google Maps to find the correct location. Also, there are small ants in the room. It was only for one night so it was ok. The plus is that there was hot water for the shower."
