We allow one dog under 50 lbs. Due to insurance Pit Bulls, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed on the property. The Pet fee is $150 per stay.

Great stay at the Lake!

We had a great week at the Spring Harbor. The house had everything we needed, was in a great location with easy access to the water and was super comfortable. The Lilly Family was great at communicating and answering questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Concert week stay

Super easy to and from concert at BNH venue. Docked our boat and explored the lake all week. Could not have been better

Clean, Welcoming, We wanted for nothing!

Beautiful home with warm woodwork throughout. The entire house was immaculate. Fabulous front porch for playing games or setting up a puzzle for the week. Excellent access to the water - and 4 kayaks for our use was wonderful. We had 3 generations together for the week and the house was perfect - there was space for everyone, plenty of towels, and everything was fully stocked - from kitchen utensils to toilet paper! Thank you so much.
