Now taking reservations for 2025. Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee in our 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft cottage/condo at Yacht Club Vista. King bed in one bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom plus a queen in the loft. Split A/Cs and ceiling fans throughout. High speed internet with TV (2) streaming. 3/4 bath with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and ice maker in the fridge. BBQ grill, and an oversize picnic table with umbrella. A deep water boat slip on the new expansive over the water sun deck is available for up to a 27' boat with trailer parking supplied. Private Association sandy beach with beach chairs, sun and shade and a swim raft is just across the street. The oversize boat/sun deck with chairs, tables and umbrellas is a great spot for enjoying a lake breeze, an evening or viewing the Lake and mountains. Tennis/pickleball court and outdoor pool are steps away. 2 assigned parking spaces are just outside the rear door. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is next door (a 5 minute walk).
Weirs Beach, Funspot, Gunstock and restaurants are each less than a 10 minute drive. Our Sanders Bay location makes for a pleasant boat ride to any water destination on the Lake. 7 night rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, NO PETS, no smoking, no vaping, etc.
