"Perfect location, nice clean rooms and staff was nice, love that it has a bar and starbucks downstairs so many restaurants near by as well as a really nice mall if you're into shopping, not too far out the city so easy to drive into chicago if you have a car."

"My birthday weekend was wonderful at the Hyatt! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Vanetta (Vanessa) one of the supervisor for the front desk and Amari. "After having a terrible experience at an unrelated hotel the night before, we were warmly welcomed by Patrick upon arrival. He was pleasant and quickly got us checked in and directed us to our room. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and was very quiet. We slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot with a selection of waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. There was also a cold selection. The only minor negative about our stay was the low water pressure in the shower, however, this would not deter us from staying here in the future. Overall, our stay was great!"

"I received very friendly customer service. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I didn't get to have their breakfast but I saw many people enjoying their breakfast buffet. The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. "
