"Ice machine location inconvenient, no water pressure in shower, no information in rooms regarding area attractions. Need an extension on phone to make wake call request. Front Desk and Bell Staff were excellent."

"The staff here are so wonderful and the hotel truly thinks about ways to make their customers feel thought of. It so happened to be free beer hour when we checked in, so we checked in, were given a beer and went upstairs to settle in. It was such a cool way to welcome your guests."
