"The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. We were a large party of 14,adults and teenagers gathered for a family reunion.The property really fit our requirements as there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, entertain and chill.The Manager Haytham and his assistant Ibrahim were superb, very quick to respond via WhatsApp and very helpful indeed. "La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. "Very nice house in El Gouna, beautiful pool. well equipped house. Everything is available nearby (restaurants, shops, ...), a means of transport is however essential. Security procedures at the various gates sometimes a bit restrictive. However, this is not the ideal place to snorkling."

"Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon."

"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"The property as well, no doubt everything you need is there. The view from the balcony was very impressive and you could watch the lovely sunrises from the bed. holy disappointing part was the distance to the club and beaches. The house was very accommodating and very helpful."

"Not the first trip to this villa and won’t be the last. As always the villa is clean and well equipped. Pool area is large and overlooking a very quiet lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing and looking forward to the next visit."

"This wonderful villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The facilities are great and the kitchen well equipped. It is perfectly located a short walk (10 minutes) from Abu Tig Marina. The pool is amazing and the location is very quiet. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "

"We loved our stay at the villa. We especially enjoyed the private heated pool. When we arrived we got a complimentary welcome package with fruit and lots of water, which was great We rented a golf cart for our stay, which made it easy to do some shopping. The drive to the restaurants and supermarket is about 8 minutes each way. We also ordered food from the city using the app the owner suggested. It takes a while, but we got our food :D Uber works in the area, but the drivers sometimes come...

"On our 1st day, the broker or the owner’s representative showed disrespect to the family members while giving instructions on how to use the facilities allowed. Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. We contacted him through phone before booking, and he confirmed it’s included in the whole amount. Trying to discuss the proper way he deals with...

"They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them "
