"Excellent breakfast buffet with options available for dietary restrictions. No mini fridge in the room we had but for a one-night stay it's not a big deal. Would be nice to have washcloths included in the towel set. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and encountered some helpful staff."

"The room was clean, but air conditioner was not working. Talked to a staff about it, and she came into the room to verify it was not working. However, she told us to wait for 30 min, and let her know if it was still not working. There was no phone to call the front desk, and I had to go to front desk to let her know. It was so inconvenient and we just let it go since we were going to check out next day. It was not worth for money I paid for."

"The reception area, bar and breakfast area were clean and inviting. The breakfast staff was the most friendly and helpful - great way to start the day. The other staff were semi-friendly. The hallway and rooms needed a deep cleaning and updating. Large areas of the walls, especially in the bathroom, needed repainted. We had a towel that needed used elsewhere as it was quite tattered and had large hanging threads. This hotel provided easy access to public transportation."

"Spacious clean room with decent breakfast. Train to the center of town is a 15 minute walk away. Nice retreat after Oktoberfest."

"Estuvimos 3 noches alojados y el segundo día solicitamos que nos limpiaran la habitación pero para nuestra sorpresa no lo hicieron."
