"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. "We arrived frazzled to a very friendly welcome. Between the beginning and end of check in, they managed to convert my sour mood into a positive one. The place was clean, well maintained and comfortable with every convenience we could need for our stay. The toiletries supplied in the bathroom were dove, which was kind on my sensitive skin. The room was cleaned during our stay as well and we were entirely satisfied with the results. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and I slept the best I had all week. We booked to include breakfast, and the food was satisfying and fuelled our travels well. The bar had a good range of drinks and cocktails, and whilst we had other plans in the evenings, it sounded like they had entertainment on that looked to be good fun! 10/10 would stay again"

"Wasnt too happy the Hotel took 90 pound as a pre authorization payment wont receive it back for one month Also need a physical card for payment Then they needed a deposit on check in so cost me a fortune before any stay Stayed in apartment 1 A and the noise underneath from the restaurant constant banging and smashing until 1 am got very little sleep all weekend Other than that it is a nice hotel, staff were very helpful Good location for metro, food places and right beside a large shopping centre and the town .. lots of little bargain shops in the town and also there was a market with rides for the kids ... a lovely park and playground 10 min walk"

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning by the sun streaming in at around 4:50am... I should say I didn't raise any of this with the hotel whilst I was there - so perhaps it was just this room..."

"When we arrived earlier than predicted our room wasn't ready understandably but we were given a free upgrade to one of their apartments nextdoor which was a lovely surprise. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had all the appliances you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you at breakfast , everything was cooked to your specifications and served at your table. Even if you wanted something from the buffet they would bring it to you, you didn't have to move. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future."
