"Good value for money - the hotel is in a great location for visiting Etna but is slightly too far up the hill to wonder into Zaffarena for dinner. Free and plentiful parking (in October). Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."
