"Wow what an amazing place! The front desk were very helpful and the room was something else! We had the family room which is huge (3 full bathrooms, small hallway, 2 dressing rooms and 2 large bedrooms) and in excellent condition. The 2 mini bars were complimentary, refilled each day and really helpful to fuel your sight-seeing. "After flying for 20 h, I arrived to this place to find nobody except for clouds of hungry mosquitos. I called, ringed the doorbell and waited for two hours until the mosquitos and the sun were unbearable. "This location was much further than it advertised from location I had Google mapped, however, close to public transportation. I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable."

"44 bus into Marcello Theatre and historic centre stopped virtually outside. Late night flights may mean a 40 euro taxi journey from Fiumicino airport. 5 min walk to tram stop and other bus routes and about 40 mins on bus to Vatican or Marcello Theatre. Hotel is a converted school and in a mainly residential area so quiet at night. Would say 3 star rather than 4 stars but was good value and staff were polite."

"Property is fantastic, rooms are slightly cramped but that's what you expect in Rome. Location is a bit far from central Rome (about 30 minutes by bus, includes a change) and might be very slightly unnerving to come to at night with public transport. We didn't mind since we travelled in a group. "
