"Bellissima esperienza, appartamento pulito e spazioso, accessoriato di tutto, unico consiglio: togliere la tenda per la doccia e mettere magari una separazione più resistente. Per il resto tutto impeccabile. Inoltre l'ospitalità è stata apprezzatissima, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di visitare un palazzo d'epoca e una torre del 1400 grazie alla cortesia del nostro ospite, che ci ha fatto da Cicerone. "Lovely hotel, had a big, gorgeous room with a balcony to the front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, very helpful staff. Can’t fault the hotel, would stay again, great location for funicular and train station. Frequent bus service , bus stop outside hotel "

The real highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. the reception was outstandingly kind, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and my entire stay smooth and enjoyable."

Excellent one night stay

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "
