"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."
