"My room was not clean, there were lots of at bathroom. I needed to change my room. Although I had an incovenience, they put me a room with no view, looking to a building. My first room had a street view. Breakfast was enough but can be improved. Hotel does not seem as a 5 star hotel. "

"The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ship an item we forgot all the way to Brasov, and kept in contact throughout the process. The rooms are decent. If you stay in any "old town" in Romania, don't expect elevators or ultra-modern amenities. It was a great experience"

"Clean, convenient to airport, quiet, excellent night’s rest, accommodating staff, easy to work with. Area seemed a little sketchy, but the hotel reception is open 24/7, monitored security cameras everywhere, private, open air parking lot across the street. Nowhere in the US can you find something this clean, convenient, comfortable and modern for under $180/night (we paid $58 here without breakfast), and I recently drover across the US from CA to Philadelphia. I would absolutely stay again to save the money."
