"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. She was very friendly. Thankyou for a nice stay "

"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"In famiglia per un paio di giorni a Gardaland. Qualche problema a trovare la casa ma perchè vi erano lavori che hanno interrotto la strada e quindi il Google Maps è uscito di senno. La casa è carina e secondo le aspettative. Essendo in 4 in un alloggio sapevamo che non saremmo stati comodissimi. "Well, I picked this b&b because of all the great reviews and have to disagree. I stay over 180 days a night in hotels and b&bs (for personal travel) and this place was unique. It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. Sono convinto che per una prima notte insieme con la mia nuova compagna non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio, soddisfattissimi!!! Per non parlare delle 2 ore in esclusiva nella jacuzzi sul terrazzo vista lago, da favola!!! Colazione incredibile, non manca nulla!!! "Fantastic grounds and swimming pool. Nice view over the southern part of the lake. Very quiet location, car recommended. Spacious accommodation but in need of a revamp. Kitchen had pans etc but no kettle or toaster and nothing to clean dishes with. "

"Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal."
