"Staff were very courteous. Room was spacious and clean."

"On arrival the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned. A comment was made to the duty manager and things were cleaned perfectly. The staff even made a Ganesh elephant from towels. A very nice gesture. In the restaurant, Tavleen was very gracious and polite. At the end of our stay, I was asked if I could be in a group photo (no problem) and I was presented with a smiling face pancake. It’s the little things that make a difference."

"Generally it was good Only internet speed in the hotel to be improved And working hours for the gym to be extended"

"Good overall"

"Top notch customer care, cleanliness, Well organised setting, good sanitary facilities, safety, etc"

"Breakfast was really good"

"Staff was amazing taking care of every small detail whether it was taking our luggage when we got to the hotel or the restaurant staff bringing cooked to order items at the extensive breakfast buffet. The property is impressive inside and outside. Will stay here for sure in the future"

"公共交通機関までは少し遠いです。"

"3 stars for the most part only to show our appreciation for the concierge and the restaurant staff. They are very pleasant with the service oriented mindset. Also the breakfast buffet. The room assigned was less than accepted standard for the price and the location. Very damp and moldy smell without any option to even open any window to circulate the air. Curtains have black molds easily visible. Not impressed at all and will never return."
