Kettle had mould and stank. Bedroom curtains didnt were broken so we couldn't close them. Then the tv wasnt working. The ac wasnt working either. The staff responded but they were busy so took to come long on each instance. Disaster. We slept terribly on account of ac being broken. Pillows ...
