"Parfait pour famille et séjour touristique. Hebergement très bien situé proche centre-ville et transport. Revêtement des sols vieillissant mais appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Accueil et communication impeccables (francophone)"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment. Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. "Appartamento carino e moderno ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici per andare nel centro della città’. Può contenere fino a 4 persone ma Noi in tre ci stavamo abbastanza stretti. Il quartiere è ultra popolare"

"Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful."

"Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!"

"Bilbao City abba Suites offered an excellent stay. It's centrally located, clean, quiet, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's close to the funicular, the museums, the riverside, and several markets. It's a more residential area of the city, so it felt more like 'living locally' than being a tourist."

"Everything was good except you have to dial the tel or WhatsApp for many small things (e.g. door couldn't be locked easily and locker change)."

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the...
