"This place is in a fantastic location. So close to everything you can walk. It does have everything you need. However there are a few things to work on. The shower is disconnecting from the wall, it’s rusted through. The futon is uncomfortable to sit on as a couch. The dining chairs are so small and hard they too are uncountable so we brought in the outside chairs. The bed is good but needs new pillows. "

"The furniture in the house could use some updating. The couch cushions have dirty stains on them. The air conditioning wasn’t working, luckily it wasn’t a hot day. The area wasn’t bad and it’s closed to Berlin main rail station. "
