"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"My room was clean and well-kept. Comfortable bed and excellent walk-in shower. Ample buffet breakfast is available for 17 Euros. The front-desk staff is helpful and friendly, and they speak English. The hotel location is convenient, just a 12-minute walk from the train station in Fulda. When a taxi is needed, the front desk makes a call and the cab appears in a few minutes."

"Fold out sofa bed in a 4-5 person room was absolutely impossible to classify as a bed. Back ruined. Didn't seem to be noted when mentioned at checkout. If you see sofa bed, don't book here if you need it to sleep. Otherwise hotel is great and room was excellent. "

"The hotel was only a 8 minutes' walk from the centre, so very convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered everything I'm used to eat in the morning."
