"Very disappointed with this Hotel. After travelling 30 odd hours from Australia we were hoping for better for our two days before a wedding. On arrival we checked in and noticed there was no hot water. When speaking to reception they informed us the boiler was broken. We understand sometimes things break and are out of the Hotels control, but why not tell us when checking in. We needed to use the shared gym showers for the next morning and told they would refund a breakfast meal by the manager....

"Nice room but basic amenities like tissue paper and bottled water not offered in the room, and sports bar/starbucks not our preferred facilities for dinner/breakfast."
