Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes!

We had a hiccup with our reservation but the staff was doing everything possible to correct the issue. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Room was nice and the food was delicious.

Very friendly welcome and early check in since we have arrived earlier then expected we have had a very good experience and recommend to get the breakfast since just the view is stunning besides all choices at the buffet. Amazing we will sure be back of in the area again.

Great small boutique hotel and cozy environment, Rooms are cleaned without any dust and all decoration and area are well maintained. Highly recoomend for couple or family to stay calm and peaceful holiday or stay.

The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and it was hot that week and it was nice that there was a fan in the room. When we met the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

A bit outdated but a lot of character. Super clean and a very courteous staff. Kind of reminded me of a ski hotel in the Alps I used to stay at in the 80s. I guess you could say “nostalgic“. Other than needing a few modern upgrades it was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean room, helpful staff, easy check in, easy parking

Second stay at this hotel (different owner) and it is as beautiful as we remembered. The hotel is located in a forest along the Main river. There are plenty of trails that lead to quaint farming towns, and wind along the river. Bikes are available for rent. Our room was spacious and clean - very comfortable. Nice property. Clean, nice staff

After we booked, the confirmation said that check-in was from 3pm to 6pm. We weren't planning on arriving until 10pm so we panicked a little. However, after careful reading, the confirmation said to contact the property for late check-in to get a code to the outside door. They were quick to respond with the code. Our key was waiting for us at the counter after accessing the outside door with the code.

Just amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay! Delicious breakfast each morning. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

Charming hotel in beautiful rural setting, surrounded by vineyard and apple orchard. Delicious food. Attentive and accommodating staff. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
