"I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very well organized. The hotel offers excellent food and beverage options, and all the services were outstanding. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Paloma for her exceptional attention, kindness and outstanding service. I would also like to give a very special thank you to Sonia, who takes care of the rooms. Her dedication, attention to detail, and the care she puts into her work truly made a difference and did not go unnoticed. "We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in the heart of Bilbao. The hotel is small, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Bilbao, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and beautiful streets of the city. It was so convenient to explore Bilbao without needing a car or public transportation. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the hotel had a lovely intimate feeling rather than feeling large or impersonal. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Bilbao. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

"Great location in a great city to visit. Very close to the water and the historic old town, and a 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Plenty of good dining options in the neighborhood. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast here as there's a wealth of great food places nearby"
