LOGIS HOTEL LE RABELAIS

"Good hotel in the middle of town but needs a few bits of maintenance (e.g. leaking shower doors) and a few more members of staff. The restaurant was good with reasonbably priced meals although the chef needs to tone down the use of olive oil on the fish dish as it was swimming in it, and also learn the difference between saignant and bien cuit as my saignant steak was almost trop cuit! The main issue was the breakfast as a party of 40 Dutch tourists decended on the restaurant before checking out at 0900. When the few other guests arrived there were no clean tables and no food left. Understandable but what was incredible was that the young wonan in charge of breakfast was on heer own and overwhelmed. To her credit, once I'd alerted the lone receptionist to this she came and pitched in, as did the guests, setting tables etc. but that was areal failur of management. Why 5* then? Because it has potential and was perfect for our overnight stay with secure parking and (eventually) a great breakfast. If i'd been there for a week I'd probably have dropped it a star or two."

"Lovely clean hotel. Well appointed rooms. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was excellent. The member of Staff on the desk was very helpful . The only downside was that the towels were small and there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room."

"Bungalow simple mais avec une terrasse charmante où nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps. Un peu difficile à aérer en cas de grosses chaleurs mais la température redescend bien la nuit ce qui est appréciable."

"18 mai 2026. Un super week-end de 4 jours pour notre groupe de 11 adultes et 3 enfants ! La météo était un peu mitigée, entre pluie et soleil, si bien que seuls les enfants ont profité de la piscine.L'endroit est très calme, avec pour seul bruit de fond le chant des oiseaux. Attention, car c'est une zone blanche : pas de réseau GSM, seul le wifi des gîtes permet de rester connecté.Kim nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance, en nous offrant du pain, des pâtisseries et de la confiture faits maison.Les gîtes sont propres, la literie est de bonne qualité et la cuisine est bien équipée.Merci Kim ! Vous avez un site plein de potentiel qu'il faut continuer à développer et embellir petit à petit."
