We have a two bedroom cabin on ten acres located in Germfask, MI in the heart of the Upper Peninsula. Located with in a mile of the Manistique River which offers excellent fishing and canoeing/kayaking rentals. Located right off the snowmobile & ORV trails. Germfask is next to the Seney National Wildlife Refuge which offers hundreds of acres of trails, bird watching, & natural area.
Located 10 miles west of Curtis and the Manistique Lakes and right down the road from Round Lake & Luce County park. Centrally located 28 miles east of Manistique, 28 miles West of Newberry. ORV and/or snowmobile to Seney, Curtis, and any connecting trail to Munising, Grand Marais, Newberry and surrounding areas.

Little getaway

It was amazing, beautiful and clean property. The owners were responsive, and it’s hard to beat the location. So many things to do relatively close by, and the stars at night are so clear. I can’t recommend this cabin enough!

Perfect home base for UP adventures

This rustic cabin had everything we needed for a budget-friendly stay in the central UP. Close to lots of great day trip destinations. Quiet and convenient location. Wi-fi was lightning fast (300+mbps) which was great for working remotely. Less than 20 minutes from multiple food options.

Excellent rustic stay

The property was everything i expected. Im a country girl, I dont expect marble floors and 500 thread count sheets. What you get is a cozy home where you can rest you head, spend quality time with your family, everything is there and especially step putside for some fresh air.

Awesome Yuper Sauce

Great place to feel like home. Joe was a great silent host. Everything was great. Having the pets is best perk they you get at this place. I had three dogs and it was awesome to have them with us. They were caged in while they were in an unsupervised. Just a perfect rental for 6/7 people. .

Second time staying at this location and it was great. great location just down the road from jolly inn and the general store. We plan on booking again next year.

This is a perfect cabin for our snowmobiling get away. It was important that we were able to bring our elderly dogs that have never been kenneled. It provided a stress free stay. We are very low key people and love the hominess of the cabin. We will definitely return next season.

Perfect little getaway

The ONLY complaint was the grass needing mowed and that only bothered me because of the mosquitoes which were mostly bad in the evening. Very nice place to stay! Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful UP experience!!

The Great Northern Stay

Nice place, great location for snowmobiling. Very easy to find and great communication with Joe to answer some questions about the rental and area. Could use some updates, but overall very satisfied with our stay and the cabin.
