"I have stayed here a few times. It's a beautiful property. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is definitely the place for it. I fell asleep a few times out on the enclosed porch listening to the creek below the house. Definitely plan on coming back soon."

"Our stay was awesome! The home was clean. Communication was good. They let us check in early as well. The only issue and it wasn't their fault it smelled like something had died under the 2nd bedroom we had to shut the door good thing it was just my husband and I. These things happen when you are in the wilderness. Definitely would book again!!!!!!!! We enjoyed the the black squirrels they were entertaining until one was killed in the road uggggg :("

"This is a very unique property. Inside it is finished with walnut floors, fully furnished kitchen and ping pong table. While we did not bring our dog, you cannot tell they allow pets. This is an exceptionally clean rental. We will try to be back. Thanks"

"The outdoor portion of the property is gorgeous in September. The view across the creek was like a painting. The gravel driveway and open garage offered excellent protection from any mud. The gas grill and the picnic table on the patio and the chairs on the porch provided a very convenient and comfortable outdoor dining area. The interior layout is very efficient, and the laundry room is much appreciated. The gas range and hood vent in the kitchen worked perfectly. The refrigerator and freezer are very spacious. There are also plenty of dishes, utensils, and linens for guest use. There are two full size couches and one love seat, so there is plenty of seating for everyone. The three bedrooms are spacious. The third bedroom is a bunk room, and the surprise is that the bunks have double size mattresses. The property is close to three different towns, and there are several diners and cafes within 20 minutes. This is a very comfortable cabin and I would come back again."

"First impression walking in front door - what a pleasant space! Feels very much like a cabin that is used by owner and not ‘just a rental property.’ Comfortable seating indoors and out. Spotless deck. Gorgeous back yard. Everything neat and tidy. I especially appreciated all of the lamps thoughtfully placed, the liners on wire shelving in bathroom that kept small items from falling through, hooks for hanging things. Even a clothes line in laundry room. We did not use second floor - main floor is perfect for two. Should be noted that there is one bathroom and it is on first floor. While the cabin is located on a somewhat busy road, we didn’t find the traffic to be a distraction. We were there Friday afternoon thru Monday morning. About a 15 minute drive into Wellsboro. Owner was accommodating when we needed to adjust our check in time. We would stay at this property again."

"Don't hesitate this is the cleanest well stock vacation home we have rented. The house is very clean, the linens smell fresh. The kitchen is fully stocked and more than enough fluffy towels. It is very relaxing place. We will be going back again"

"We had a great time at the Octagon! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the game room was a lot of fun. We were in town for a gravel biking event, and this was the perfect place for our group. We would definitely stay here again!"
